Working those darts still...

Umm..okay second part of Dart Manipulation learnt now applied to a skirt pattern. The concept is basically the same one of making sure that lines drawn touch the end of the darts. I cant help but get excited and get crazy design ideas as I keep learning ;).

    

After folding the darts into place pattern piece is placed on the mannequin ready for designing

 

Let the cutting begin...

      

Adjustments made, curves were to steep apparently.

                   

Complete pattern piece with 0.5mm seam allowance.
